Suku kayan berada di daerah Pet Pan negara Myanmar. Suku tersebut memiliki keunikan seperti pemakaian cincin pada leher wanita. Dari usia anak-anak sampai ke usia tua. Pemakaian cincin merupakan tradisi yang berlaku di suku ini. Cincin di leher wanita sebagai tanda kecantikan wanita. Semakin berat cincin yang dipakai maka semakin cantik wanita pada suku kayan dan menjadi daya tarik bagi lelaki pada suku tersebut.
Kayan tribe is in the Pet Pan region of Myanmar country. The tribe has a uniqueness like the use of a ring on a woman's neck. From the age of the children to the old age. The use of the ring is a tradition that prevails in this tribe. Ring on woman's neck as a sign of female beauty. The heavier the rings are, the more beautiful the women are to the kayan tribe and the attraction for men in the tribe.
Dengan memakai cincin di leher wanita maka menjadi simbol bahwa wanita tersebut merupakan wanita dari suku kayan dan yang membedakan mereka dengan suku-suku yang lain.
