Save the Sumatran Elephant
PLEASE PROTECT THE ANIMALS THEY WANT TO LIVE IN THE WORLD
The Sumatran elephant that has the scientific name Elephas maximus and all the species of the Asian elephant and its sub-species are now classified into endangered species. This is based on a red list of endangered species issued by IUCN international agencies.
This is due to the increasingly narrowing of his residence and the continuing poaching. The Sumatran elephant population is getting worse every day. According to data compiled in the past 25 years the Sumatran elephant has lost about 70% of its habitat.
The data also show this animal population experienced a decrease of up to more than half of its original habitat. Estimated population in 2007 is between 2400-2800 heads. But now it may have gone downhill from that number. Because the habitat continues to experience shrinkage and murder that continues to occur
Loss
During 2013 alone, the economic losses caused by the Elephant conflict in Riau cause about 1.99 billion. Not to mention if added to the overall number of Elephant conflict in Sumatra.
Where does your conscience spoil their habitat they want to live like us, do you not care about our children and grandchildren to see the existence of a huge animal that is very handsome and beautiful
