extraordinary advice but no benefit

For all of you who are over 30 years of age, avoid and do not get used to sleeping above 10 o'clock. Because it can be dangerous, especially if it is often done.

I slept several times over 10 o'clock ... the body was directly sick. Then tomorrow night I tried to sleep at 9 o'clock and it hurt too.
Likewise I try to sleep above 12 o'clock more sick

Finally I slept on a mattress ... Delicious, soft
not sick anymore.

Only then did I realize that sleeping over the clock was not good for health, because it was made from hard, both Wall and Watch clocks.
