The Land Above The Clouds

Gayo Lues is one of the districts in the Gayo highlands. Gayo Lues often called Nageri Thousand Hill or Land Above Cloud. On the return journey from Blangkejen, the capital of Gayo Lues, I can witness the magnificent scenery, where we seem to be on the clouds.

We also capture the beautiful moments that are difficult to find in the coastal areas of Aceh, such as Bireuen, my birth district. One of the locations we visited was Pantan Weather District, Gayo Lues. There we capture a number of beautiful scenery at an altitude of 1600 mdpl.

The forest in Gayo Lues is still quite beautiful, along the road from Aceh Tengah to Gayo Lues we still find big trees standing upright, no signs of damage.
