Hi steemians ,,, today I want to share information about "How to Catch Fish at sea" specially in my town of Lhokseumawe.

THE SUBJECT

There are two methods of catching fish in the sea for fishermen who have boats (trawls) in Aceh, especially in the city of Lhokseumawe that I very often observe. Even I myself had sailed this task to catch fish in the sea.

1. Methods using lights

This method is done at night from the setting of the day's eyes to gathering all the fish on the surface of the water (in the habit, until the second dawn exit) so that dropping the net into the sea by circling the whole fish horde. This process is done with the steps - steps and conditions that have been observed through the experience that has been done by the fishermen for generations. At the moment the lights are turned on and shoot all the light into the water.

Bagaimana Cara Menangkap Ikan Di laut

Hai steemians,,,hari ini saya ingin berbagi informasi tentang "Bagaimana Menangkap Ikan di laut" khususnya di kota saya Lhokseumawe.

POKOK PEMBAHASAN

Ada dua cara / teknik dalam menangkap ikan di laut bagi para nelayan yang memiliki boat ( pukat langga ) di Aceh khususnya di kota Lhokseumawe yang sangat sering saya amati. Bahkan saya sendiri pernah berlayar melakukan tugas ini untuk menangkap ikan di laut.

1. Teknik menggunakan lampu

Teknik ini di lakukan pada malam hari mulai dari terbenamnya mata hari sampai berkumpul seluruh ikan di permukaan air ( pada kebiasaan, sampai saat keluar fajar yang kedua ) sehingga menjatuhkan jaring ke laut dengan mengelilingi seluruh gerombolan ikan. Proses ini di lakukan dengan langkah - langkah dan ketentuan yang telah di amati melalui pengalaman yang telah di lakukan oleh para nelayan secara turun - temurun. Pada saat lampu di hidupkan dan menyorot seluruh cahaya ke dalam air.

Menggunakan cahaya sebagai alat bantu penangkapan ikan dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan sifat fisik dari cahaya buatan itu sendiri. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi aktivitas ini.
Masuknya cahaya ke dalam air, sangat erat hubungannya dengan panjang gelombang yang dipancarkan oleh cahaya tersebut. Semakin besar panjang gelombangnya maka semakin kecil daya tembusnya kedalam perairan.
Faktor lain yang juga menentukan masuknya cahaya ke dalam air adalah absorbsi (penyerapan) cahaya oleh partikel-partikel air, kecerahan air laut, pemantulan cahaya oleh permukaan laut, musim dan

Maka, seluruh ekosistem yang terkecil seperti fithoplankto akan berkumpul dalam cahaya lampu untuk mencari cahaya. Sehingga membuat seluruh ikan di laut berkumpul untuk memakan fithoplankton.

Aktivitas sekunder, yaitu karena ada cahaya maka plankton, ikan kecil dan lain-lain sebagainya berkumpul, lalu hewan yang dimaksud (predator) datang berkumpul dengan tujuan mencari makan (feeding). Beberapa jenis yang termasuk dalam kategori ini seperti tenggiri, selar dan lain-lain.Source[2]

Sebelum jaring di jatuhkan ke dalam air. Hal yang harus di lakukan pada saat seluruh ikan berkumpul dalam cahaya lampu, maka para ABK menurunkan perahu kecil yang telah di lengkapi dengan lampu bertujuan untuk memberi cahaya yang juga akan berkumpul seluruh ikan pada saat lampu pada boat besar di matikan.

Pada saat lampu besar di matikan tentu yang ada hanya lampu pada perahu saja yang memberikan cahaya ke dalam air. Otomatis dengan sendirinya, seluruh ikan yang sedang menikmati cahaya besar akan berkumpul dalam cahaya lampu perahu kecil yang ada. Hal ini untuk memudahkan para nelayan untuk menangkap seluruh gerombolan ikan yang tidak menyebar luas.
