Indie Game Spotlight: Hunted
Some of you that follow this series probably realize that a number of these videos are pretty old. That's partly because this is an easy daily post to make even when I'm feeling unmotivated, but also a way to showcase some old gems (or funny turds) that most people have never heard of.
Hunted is one of those gems. The premise is simple: you are being hunted, and you have to run to the cabin of your shooter while dodging bullets and hiding behind cover. A relatively short game, you can beat it in a few minutes if you know what you're doing, the challenge is where the fun comes from. I recently was sorting through my indie game library (I rarely delete anything) and stumbled upon this one. It was a lot of fun to pick up again, though I didn't manage to beat it. I think it took around 3 or 4 hours to beat it the first time.
It's free to download, so this is one that comes highly recommended. It was greenlit for a full game in 2014 but no news... another sad entry in Greenlight Limbo, but at least the dev didn't have a kickstarter and there's already this perfectly good "first level".
