Literally I love this man Shashi Tharoor
There are many ways to improve your English.you can read newspapers,watch TV shows,listen to news-all in English. While doing so,I imparted one more custom;I started following Shashi Tharoor on twitter.
Shashi Tharoor is a well known name among educated people in india.He is the member of parliament(MP) from Thiruvananthapuram constituency, but to the world he is known for the role he played in United Nations(UN) as Under secretary general at the time of Kofi Annan.He contested for secretary general and had to face defeat for very few votes against Ban Ki Moon.
He completed his PhD at the age of 22! His academic achievements are exceptional.He is the author of many best selling books,former journalist,historian,public intellectual...the list is long.
I admire him for his exceptional eloquence in speaking and Abundance of vocabulary he posses,well,also the influence he has in the international arena.
He was in trending few months back when he retaliated a high profiled journalist in India named Arnab Goswami through Twitter.He was in trending not for his retaliation,but for the vocabularies he used in that single tweet.The tweet read like this-
'Exasperating farrago of distortions, misrepresentations&outright lies being broadcast by an unprincipled showman masquerading as a journalst'

The words 'farrago' and 'masquerading' seemed difficult to understand for many and they searched for its meaning in google and dictionaries.Another word that came to light due to him was 'Rodomontade' whose meaning is 'Talk boastfully'..Not just this..He spoke in Oxford union about 'Britain's plundering in India' and that went viral..Here's that video
To me,one of the best things happened until now is this reply to me..Yes,he had replied me on Twitter twice. Out of that one was in malayalam(He using Malayalam on Twitter is very rare)..Here is the screenshot.
I wish one day I will be able to have an interaction with him..Then I will again 'Rodomontade' of that instance.
