Indian Simple Egg Curry

Indian curry egg is a popular Non-vegetarian Recipe in India. It can be easily cooked the ingredients required are

  1. 2 boiled eggs
  2. A medium sized finely chopped tomato.
  3. 2 finely chopped onions.
  4. 12 finely chopped green chillies.
  5. 2 tbsp Oil.
  6. 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder.
  7. 1/2 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste.
  8. 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder.
  9. 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala.
  10. 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder.
  11. Some Coriander Leaves
  12. According to salt taste (salt).
  13. 100 ml water (water).

Step To Cook

• First, heat the oil in one embroidery, after heating the oil, add onion and little green chilies and stir well for 2 minutes.
• Add salt after 2-3 minutes so that the onion is cooked well, now add some turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander seeds powder, red chilli powder, garlic paste and garlic paste and mix all the ingredients well.
• Now pour tomato and water into it, split the boiled egg into two parts, now the gravy is ready, then get it out in the plate and decorate it with half eggs.
