India vs West Indies - 3rd ODI - India won by 4 wkts, clinches series 2-1

Hi Steemit friends,

Today in this post I am going to write about 3rd ODI of 3 match series between India and West Indies. Series was level 1-1 making this a decider.
India won the toss and opt to bowl.

WI has a slow start considering their attacking nature. Top 4 order got the start but no one could convert that into big. For India Navdeep Saini made his ODI debut and picket up 2 wickets ,one yorker to which he got wicket of Chase was really awesome. WI were 144-4 then the duo Pooran and Pollard took their innings to next level.Nicholas Pooran scored 89 off 63 deliveries which includes 10 fours and 3 sixes and other hand his partner Pollard scored 74 off just 51 deliveries which includes 3 fours and 7 sixes. Finally set a target of 316 for India to chase.

India got a very good start with Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul both scoring half centuries each with 122 runs stand before Rohit fell to Holder. The due has most opening run partnership this year which includes 5 hundred runs partnership.Later Virat took the innings forward but on this other side wickets kept falling at regular interval.Later part of the innings Virat and Jadeja had a good innings with chipping easy single,doubles and odd boundaries but out of nowhere Virat lost his wickets cheaply to Keemo Paul. Then the scenario was around India needing 30 off 22 deliveries to win. Then something unusual happened and the next batsman Shradul Thakur who is not so experienced player hits 2 fours and a six making the equation much easier for India .With 7 needed off 12 balls India was victory again making it 10th consecutive series wins for India against WI in a bi-lateral series.
