I think our govt. don't want to take help from outsider regarding this issue.... Hopefully they wants to tackle the situation by giving individual efforts.. And I hope the situation will definitely overcome

    When our government will take help from other government, it will question on Indian ability to tackle the situation.
    It has been continuing from the reign of UPA government.
