People in India panicking after fake news of banning Cryptocurrency

in #india6 years ago (edited)

Here in India Cryptocurrencies are not legal as stated by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in his latest budget 2018. However, the media and some great cheap news anchors misinterpreted the statement and tweets "Bitcoin banned" that ultimately panicked the traders. As a result the Indian bitcoin exchanges like Zebpay and Unocoin saw a huge drop in the value of BTC and other altcoins.

As per the latest tweet by Unocoin India, it's cleared that traders don't have to afraid about any such issues. However bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies still not legal, but traders can still trade and buy cryptocurrencies at lowest prices. Here is the chart for BTC on Unocoin India.
