Always an Egg keeps your hunger away. Eating 4 Dosa is equal to one Egg Dosa
I love to prepare it often.
Spreading the Dosa batter and allowing the Dosa to cook for a while.
When Dosa is cooked correctly, break the eggs and spread evenly on Dosa
Add salt, pepper powder and chili powder.
I have even tried adding chopped onions and thin slices
