GD Test
The GD Test for assessment and evaluation of the candidate's personality and post-graduate university courses and award of schlorships, has become very popular and is increasingly being used today. Initially, the Defence forces grasped its potential and introduced it in their battery of tests at their Services Selection Boards. Since then the Group Discussion technique has become the order of the day for selection to executive and managerial posts in public sector undertakings and private sector enterprises.

GDs are also conducted while recruiting fresher's for IT jobs. It is used as the second mass elimination round after aptitude tests.
