My attempt at Palak Paneer tonight!

Ever since my return from India I am obsessed with Indian cuisine... This was my attempt at Palak Paneer tonight! Not too bad... ❤️👍(yeah I don't use a lot of rice... ;) altogether I am pretty impressed with the outcome... but I sure miss India... Namaste... Much Love and I promise more to come...I have been catching up on life here on the homestead... I have been up to MUCH! Details coming...
