16जिला महिला सहायता समिति

उच्चतम न्यायालय के निर्देशानुसार महिलाओं को
शोषण और उत्पीड़न से बचाने के लिए प्रत्येक जिले में 5
जिला कलक्टर की अध्यक्षता में जिला महिला सहायता
समित का गठन किया गया है। समिति को कोई भी हैं
महिला लिखित शिकायत कर सकती है। विधिक
व्यवस्था और कानूनी सहायता के लिए कानूनी सलाहकार से
और स्वयंसेवी संस्था की व्यवस्था भी समिति द्वारा की
जाती है।

17. यौन उत्पीड़न रोकने के लिए दिशानिर्देश

कामकाजी महिलाओं का कार्यस्थल पर यौन है
उत्पीड़न रोकने के लिए उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा विशेष में
दिशानिर्देश जारी किए गए हैं, जो कानूनी रूप से
बाध्यकारी हैं और सभी निजीसार्वजनिक तथा अन्य ने
संस्थानों में लागू हैं। इस प्रकार के गलत आचरण रोकने
की जिम्मेदारी नियोक्ता और कर्मचारी दोनों पर डाली
गई है ।शिकायतों के निपटारे के लिए प्रत्येक विभाग में
महिला अध्यक्ष सहित आधे से अधिक महिलाओं वाली
एक समिति के गठन की व्यवस्था की गई है।

18. गिरफ्तारी से जुड़े प्रावधान।

महिलाओं को यह विशेषाधिकार है कि उन्हें
केवल महिला पुलिस सूर्योदय एवं सूर्यास्त के बीच
गिरफ्तार कर सकती है पूछताछ के लिए उन्हें थाने
में नहीं बुलाया जा सकता। ऐसा परिवार के सदस्यों की
में उपस्थिति में पर्याप्त कारण होने पर ही किया जा सकता
है । गिरफ्तारी के बाद उन्हें केवल महिलाओं के कक्ष में
ही रखा जा सकता है।

19. महिला आयोग

महिलाओं को संवैधानिक और विधिक सुरक्षा
व अधिकार दिलाने के लिए 31 जनवरी1992 से
राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग एक केंद्रीय अधिनियम के।
अन्तर्गत कार्यरत है और इसके प्रावधानों के अनुसार
प्रत्येक राज्य में राज्य महिला आयोग का गठन किया ।
गया है, जहां महिलाएं अपनी शिकायत सरल तरीके से
दर्ज करा सकती है ।आयोग के समक्ष प्रत्येक कार्यवाही
न्यायिक कार्यवाही समझी जाती है और आयोग को
सिविल न्यायालय की तरह जांच और परीक्षण के
अधिकार हैं। आयोग समय-समय पर महिलाओं के
कल्याण के लिए सरकार को सिफारिश भी करता है।

20 अन्य प्रावधान

सती प्रथा पर रोक लगाने के लिए हमारे देश में
सती निषेध अधिनियम लागू है।
देह व्यापारी पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए वेश्यावृत्ति
संशोधन अधिनियम 1986 प्रभावी है।
विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम के अनुसार
महिला विधिक सहायता पाने की अधिकारी है।
संविधान के 73 तथा 74 संशोधन द्वारा पंचायती
राज संस्थाओं में एक तिहाई पद महिलाओं के।
लिए आरक्षित किए गए हैं।
