Totally true that so many employees are just doing what the have to do and not really thinking on improving themselves.
Im kinda shocked of that so many IT people dont know to much about blockchains... or is that because we are kind of brainwashed maybe by it? :D
There is also a negative spread about blockchain because people also use crypto for gambling. Because of this, they straight away declare that blockchain is bad and they don't pay attention to it. Thanks for the comments @karinxxl.
