Corey Anderson and Colin De Grandhomme are in playing 11 ( for their batting ).
When you have Kohli, Dekock, ABD , Mandeep in top 4 and they are in great form. What is the need of keeping out of form CJ Anderson.
As a captain , Kohli Should back their players.
Yesterday Sundar gone for 14 runs in a over, and he didn't bowl after that. Why ?
He might give you wickets in his second over.
Kohli, if you play one maiden over, you know that you can make it up later. Same thing applies for a bowler. if he went for runs in first over, he will try to make it up in second over.
Same Case applies for Brendon Mccullum, you dropped him after 2 matches.
Dekock is a good batsman , but not a match winner. But Mccullum is a match winner, he can change the game in a few overs.
For keeping, you can have Parthiv Patel.
And last thing, Moeen Ali is much better all rounder than Corey Anderson and De Grandhomme.
