I think both of these issues have to be tackled. But even after 70 years of independence, it is really sad that as you said in this post, we can see these issues still prevalent all over the country. Only the Metro cities may be an exception!!
Hmm, and the sad part is both of these issues still remain invisible to our society! We need to step-up efforts in this direction.
