It's a very shameful act.internationally also it is Spoiling our country's Reputation.
Not only our govt.,we should also do something for this.we have to make people realize what the victim has to suffer after this.Really really sad.

As said ,one fish spoils the pond,same is happening with our country's Reputation.

Rapist , should be hanged in front of the people,so that others can learn a lesson& there is a fear in everyone. For the same.
