That policy is not newly taken. It had been following since the era of UPA government. It was first proposed by Mr. M. Sing when he was Prime Minister.
India is democratic as well as secular country. So, our political choices and realizations must not be influenced by any political party.
Our Govt. may run by any political party. But our govt. is not the political party. That is our Govt. of India.
