I guess your network is blocking access to steemitimages.com that is where the images get uploaded to. If you are using this from your corporate network, you have to identify a way to whitelist steemitimages.com. Otherwise, you can use busy.org to upload images and post.
Understood. Yes it is not about my region. When I go to another network it works. But it is same with my GSM and My Main connection. I knew that there are other people with same issue. I am not a pro about these. I think it is about DNS and IP s. Yes I use VPN for this problem. May be someone blacklisted my IP on steemitimages.com. Thanks for interest again.
