Humans can’t do life without being decisive about things; this will actually place them in situation of being a logical thinker ( using the mind ) or emotional thinker ( using the heart). Just like your experience at the market, you did not make that decision of changing meal with your emotions but yet you were intentional and logical with your decision in a way it will favor you and the people at home.
Both heart and mind are necessary for decision making because if you go with one often, there might likely be a negative outcome. Great input!
