MyInfo: Simplifying Company Incorporation in Singapore

Singaporean agencies (including Osome) take further steps to simplify the procedure of companies’ incorporation. They now offer automatic sign-in via MyInfo, the official personal data platform launched and managed by the government of Singapore.

One can simply log in to the website (www.singpass.gov.sg/myinfo/intro) via SingPass to provide the personal data necessary for establishing a business in this country.

The platform simplifies the process: if you have provided and checked your information just once, you will not have to send it over again. A secured algorithm allows third persons to access only parts of data (records) chosen by you, such as your name, residence, etc.
