Universal Basic Income UBI to Replace Social Security Benefit

Hawaii is the first state to utilize Universal Basic Income, UBI.
Democratic Hawaii State Representative Chris Lee discusses
his bill to look at implementing universal basic income in the
state as the American economy evolves.

I verified with my Hawaiian friend that he knows this bill.
Eventually all states will adopt UBI, replacing SSN &
Food stamp. All US residence 18 years & older will receive $1,200,
& younger will get $600 per a month.
