For Muslim People only? -No. Or about the inclusivity of ADAB Solutions project

Human psychology is a tricky thing. Sometimes we overreact to the things we hear and read. And, most of the time it escalates to the point, that we are getting annoyed and frustrated by those things. It is pretty easy to resolve this issue. Getting to the core of a problem is a key. If someone says something negative, it may not be addressed towards you personally; maybe that person had a bad day or something else. The point is, whatever It is, we should get to the core of an issue.

One of the mostly asked questions is: “If your project is following the norms of the Sharia, does this mean only Muslim people can participate in the project?”

People automatically assume that the project is dedicated to the only particular group of people, as it uses the principles and ideology inherent to exceptional groups. World has seen a great examples of principles applying the ideology and theories of different cultures, but used all over the world. Japanese culture in particular can be an example. The world has witnessed the great management models and business expertise Japan has performed. In the core of those business solutions was the ideology and wisdom of Japanese culture. Increasing productivity, solid team management, effective dispute resolutions-all the positive outcomes of the appliance of business models. As for today, whole world is using Japanese methods of business making. Why?-you ask, because the successful approach can be used outside of the place it was first established, as long as companies can successfully adopt it. And people are not discussing the origins of those principles anymore, because it got soaked in and became really essential to those particular company’s operations. Same happened when the major car manufacturers came up with the method of outsourcing the business operations, thus to increase the productivity and get rid of the unnecessary staff and working space in the 1930s. Now the whole world is using the services of outsourcing companies, and it’s not new anymore. Even though, it’s moreover about strategic planning rather than cultural principles, it still can be an example of successful adoption of the principles originated elsewhere.

When it comes to Islamic finances, and businesses based on the principles from Islamic ideology, it is the same formula as in the case of Japanese business models.

Principles we are talking about, imply: the moral and socially acceptable behavior, no manipulative actions within business operations, concern for the community welfare, charity events, actions consulted with the advisors, who would make sure company is making ethical and responsible decisions, employing more people, giving opportunities to people, and so much more.

Even though, principles work in accordance with a religion, it doesn’t mean it operates only within the boundaries of the religion. Laws of Sharia, in our case serves as an inspiration and guidelines to our business model. It eliminates the potential unethical or misleading behavior.

Summarizing, we can say that our project is for the inclusive use. There is no space for discrimination. Everyone can participate in the project and use the products and services of ADAB Solutions. We appreciate everyone and invite everyone to join our journey!!!
