My hometown was founded on 8/07/1563 by FRANCISCO DE IBARRA.

Its official name is Victoria DE DURANGO the denomination of Victoria was in honor of GUADALUPE Victoria the first president of MEXICO originating in Tamazula Dgo.6DAC6F4C-21E1-42CD-9F03-51475766E31E.jpg
Francisco Villa was born in 1878 in Durango in the town of San Juan del Rio one of the leaders of the Mexican Revolution, his performance was desisiva for the defeat of the regime of Victoriano Huerta.

My city is beautiful full of history and I am proud to say that I am originally from DURANGO, its streets are colonial and keep many stories .

    I like the picture of the town square. It looks like a good meeting place for the town folks. Interesting you decided to take photos during the snowy winter. Is that something the town is known for?
