Imran Awan also threatened and tried to extort cash from his stepmother, Samina Gilani after his father’s death. The more you read about the Awan Brothers, especially Imran, who is a complete soulless criminal. Both Imran and his wife Hina Alvi are indicted on bank fraud charges. Not to mention the wiretapping numerous times in the past, only a few are reported with the January and the July transfer.
Back in January Imran called in Hina's name to the Congressional Federal Credit Union for the $165,000 no questions asked.
"Days after receiving the loan, they wired nearly $300,000 to two individuals in Pakistan, according to the FBI affidavit."
Of course the nearly $300,000 was for funeral expenses, yeah right.
