I would say it depends ,,in which way you want to improve yourself??
is it personality,goals, learning.
If learning stick to a plan and find stationary that would attract you, just like bees are attracted to flower.
if personality try judging more according to justice rather than feelings..
if goals, motivate yourself and keep track of your mind.
