Canada's Wanted, a profile of: Jose Guadalupe Ocampo Arizmendi

Born on the 3rd or 31st of December, 1953 in Mexico, Mr. Arizmendi as entered Canada illegally. He is not admissible to the country's immigration program due to his American criminal record which included possession with intent to distribute heroin, crack, and cocaine which are chargeable offences in Canada. There is a country-wide arrest warrant for him. He has a scar on his right wrist and has no known alias
