Canadian hate speech laws are unconstitutional and dangerous

Hi all, so i read the other day a guy was charged in ontario for hate speech. https://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/toronto/mississauga-man-faces-hate-crime-charge-after-probe-into-online-material-targeting-muslims/article35783763/ It carries a 2 year maximum PRISON SENTENCE just for saying something about another race.
RACE MUST BE TALKED ABOUT NOT IGNORED, it is an IMPORTANT ISSUE!
I take issue with the beurocrats who live in the suburbs, and care not about the immigrants that come here, only to find no jobs, and become dependant on welfare, only to resort to crime as a way of life.
I take issue with our borders not being respected, and having people flee over here, just to collect welfare. We are supposed to welcome them from the usa with "open hearts" as trudeau says.
In the next 10-20 years Canada will have an existential crisis.
We are importing 300 thousand immigrants a year. What will the demographic landscape look like in 10-20 years? Im going to say right now, not good.
I take issue with the fact that our socialist health care system is already overloaded and the liberals only want to make it much worse by cutting funding to the health care, and putting more pressure on the system by adding people who will not contribute!
I am mad as hell, and so should alot of other Canadians. We are at a tipping point. The government knows this. Islam is not compatible with the west. Everything we stand for will be demolished.
We have brought in tens of thousands of "refugees" who will be paid 31 thousand dollars for a year, at the expense of many billions, meanwhile many Canadians will wait UP TO A YEAR for life saving surgery.
We have people living in the street, unable to make ends meet, and the BEUROCRATS insist on making the problem worse, and bringing more people in to vote for the left.
When is enough enough? What will you do Canada?
