Dots in your Eyes
They've always been there. No, not on this screen. It's right in front of you, hidden behind the scenes. Here's how to see them:-
- Open your eyes. Wide, but don't strain.
- Eyeballs at the most natural, comfortable position.
- Without moving your eyeballs, focus / look at the space between your nose and mouth.
- Keep this focus until it feels super effortless. Don't think of anything. Nothing.
- You will feel a growing intensity / vibration until everything seems to have disappeared or turned transparent. It's hard to explain. It's like a glimpse into the very first moment of creation, and all you see are @dots. You'll get that a-ha moment when it hits.
