Flu activity is high in the southern US and starting to rise in the northern US. Make sure you get vaccinated. It isn't too late. In fact if you get vaccinated now you will have protection in time for Christmas and New Year's. This season's flu shot is a good match. The flu shot is a great way to reduce your risk of severe flu and shorten your illness.

The South is getting utterly rocked by RSV right now. If you are eligible for the new RSV vaccine (60 or older) talk to your doctor about getting it. CVS has appointments available.
