Keep in mind, plastic bags contain hazardous chemicals and food in them can be contaminated.
Black plastic bags contain carcinogenic substances (toxic) that can contaminate the food in it and can trigger cancer in the long term.
The appeal to not use black plastic bags has been vigorous both by government agencies, communities, until religious leaders.
