STEEMIT OBSERVATIONS/MOTIVATIONS

Hello steemians,
I joined this platform few weeks back now @alexiseze but I am here to point out some few challenges and observations in steemit that I have noticed since after my introduction.
First, I will commend on the efforts we all are putting together, showcasing our talents at least with steemit we must not have to go for some special program only to perform what you can do and by the end we might end up being mocked but is not so in steemit and this makes this platform an interesting one.
@idikuchi thanks to your encouragement, especially to your write up on "how to steemit" and also to @ilt-yodith for meaningful/educative funny sayings and also to @nobyeni etc.
Now to some steemians, the reason for this platform is not to make money, but be social, creative, and meet people. Of course the monetary aspect is important in order to encourage us on what we love doing best but seeing it as a money making machine might end you up being disappointed but let's try to acknowledge others with some upvote when you know they are making a point.
Example: Facebook does not give any money but people get encouraged to post more when they see their post liked and same should be applied over here.
I have a low STEEM power and reputation but I always try as much to upvote people when I see something interesting.
Finally, to @yoo1900 a wonderful steemians with an understanding STEEM power and using the power to empower those in need. Also to @alexmalone a shout out to all of you for your great sign of encouragement, be it to me or anyone else. Thank you all for reading
