Sharing ideas and knowledge

TSP was established on a strong but simple idea: believe in your thoughts. However, there is not enough conviction; one idea actually needs to be shared, to achieve something. We encourage everyone to share ideas while looking for a job, and this culture has placed TSP above its start.
Sharing an idea opens you with great possibilities.
No matter how good it is, there is always a room for improvement. When you share an idea, you will open it on the external input, and plan it at the full level. Outside feedback broaden your viewpoint, which helps you create more ideas than one idea.
Sharing ideas increases your own knowledge.
There is no difference in how you understand your thoughts, nothing that you want to share this knowledge with someone else. You suddenly find yourself offer questions, come from aspects of potential challenges and losses, and research new topics deeply. One idea is one thing, but if you really want to fully prepare it, share it. Telling others will give you a new series of challenges that will strengthen your mind - and the fact is that it will be very close.
Sharing adds another layer of authority to your work.
Leaders in their fields generally like innovation, people who look at the prospects and really change them. The evidence of being verbal about your thoughts proves that something special for you to offer and unique value. Sharing ideas shows you not to think creative, but are ready to serve the team.
Sharing ideas inspires others.
Your company says that a certain type of culture is one thing, but this culture is not real unless people actually participate in it. TSP believes in big ideas and small people, so we are ready to hear when someone has to say something. Sharing your own ideas encourages others to do the same, which makes a more positive and cooperative environment for everyone.
Sharing ideas is the first step to making them a reality.
If you have one million great ideas but never share anything with anyone then these ideas are not worth it because they can never become a reality. An idea may be wonderful, but if it never sees the daylight, it can not change anything because it is not real yet. Sharing ideas opens the door between your mind and the world, and this is the first step to making things that you can see and benefit from others.
