The Foundation of Wealth.

What if you can get Rich in a Second. With creating a Foudation. This Foundation give Money for Free. A example the Foundation give 2 Milliard Dollars/Euro. But you must return this double of this Money in 1-2 Years. So its like a Credit.
So you invest this Money. Gain more Money and return 4 Milliards Dollars/Euro. But what happend if the Money get lost?!.
Then you dont must Return it...It easy.. This Foundation would be make all Rich. Giving the Possiblity to all. Living without Poorness.

Of course only normal citizen can get this Money. No Politican or Rich will get it.
