Ideaology originates from Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Thus our organization and development headquarters are in the Asian core of innovation and investment. Dubai is one of the world’s foremost tech hubs and a perfect place to start with a game-changing idea.
As we are now past the initial stage of development, we are ready to start expanding globally. With Asian and North American markets covered by our Dubai HQ, the next logical expansion target is Europe.
As a Blockchain business-friendly environment, Switzerland’s Crypto Valley ranks in the top 10 worldwide in most metrics grading Blockchain and Crypto regulation and implementation. The Swiss, ever looking to keep pace with the future of business, have been investing heavily into making their county the premier destination for Blockchain heavyweights.
The already existing financial infrastructure of Switzerland with its strong links with technology proved to be a great foundation for the crypto-finance ecosystem centered in the town of Zug, with branches in all larger Swiss cities, such as Zurich, Geneva, Lugano, Lucerne, and Bern. The guidelines provided by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) for Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) have resulted in the possibility of ICO capital. The government’s involvement in ICO has definitely increased the trust among the ICO investors. That’s why some of the most impactful Blockchain enterprises are based in Switzerland: Ethereum, Cardano, Tezos, Libra, Bitcoin Suisse, Aragon, and many others.
For all these reasons, and after careful consideration, we are proud to announce our decision to set up the second HQ in Zug, Switzerland — more precisely — Industriestrasse 24, Zug.

We are already in the process of incorporating the Ideaology GmbH, expected in the next few days. Once the company is added to the Companies’ registry of Canton Zug, we will send the application for the no-action letter to FINMA for the registration of the ICO. As we are planning on engaging and registering our ICO in Switzerland, we have acquired a Swiss-based legal team to help us with all the necessary processes of incorporation.
