CargoX (CXO) - What is it? Should you invest?

The third ICO I ever invest in: CargoX CXO. It's a company that wants to disrupt the shipping industry by replacing the old way of shipping with a new way. They are creating a platform on Ethereum on which a bill of lading can be issued cheaper, faster, safer,... than the old style. They're also building other protocols on their platform. This ICO is ONLY raising $7M, which is extremely low with this team, idea and potential.
