Our future Mining Farm in Shaoguan (China)!

We have a fresh batch of news from China, where TerraMiner CEO Pavel Kuznetsov is on a business trip along with out onsite project supervisor Rustam Itaev and chief engineer Ruslan Sharamet. We have previously released some pictures and news from the road. If you missed these posts:

Pavel and his team took the train to ShaoGuan, from where they took the car to the mountains, far away from big cities, to visit the dam – and our hydroelectric station. There, Pavel, Rustam and Ruslan met with the administration to make sure everything is on schedule. Later that day TerraMiner team returned to ShaoGuan where Pavel had another business meeting. In the evening Pavel and his colleagues took a car to Guangzhou.
Yesterday we told you about one peculiarity about doing business in China, namely, the need to request the precise equipment specifications. Another distinct feature is that you can't expect to do business in China from the comfort of your office in Moscow or New York. If you want to be sure everything is going as you want it to – you will have to get down there and get your hands dirty.
One more important point – in China, business people and government officials value personal relationships more than anything, you should rather meet your partners in person once than exchange a thousand emails. Some people have been asking why Pavel went to China, well, this serves as another reason for that.
