Pluto Protocols: the data exchanging, non governmental organisation built on blockchain

I'm so excited with this new project that I came across within the week.
It's called the Pluto protocols Network.
It's a Non-governmental Organisation that is built on the Ethereum blockchain and it enables the acquisition, storage, encryption and transfer or exchange of data for the purpose of alleviating Child Abuse, Starvation, starvation etc.
For some reasons or another, most children faces displacement, maybe due to cultural beliefs/practices, natural disasters, death of parents or forceful eviction etc. How about the cases of child trafficking and marriage?
Children born to aged, mentally ill, disabled or poverty stricken parents always goes through a lot of trauma and denial of life basics.
Now the question is what are the relatives, Neighbors, community leaders and Government doing about the situation?
Well the answer is simple.
"Something is being done towards it" This answer entails the appointing and setting up of panel who goes to collect data about the nature and magnitude of the Childrens' predicament.
After that, debating of the source of funds, allocation and selection of recipients will take more months to complete. Meanwhile, these kids are still suffering daily and many lose their lives every five hours due to the severity of their condition.
Anyways, the situation already seems pathetic but I want you to consider how it will be like for the refugees. Right there in the refugee camps and slums. How has these children been coping? Is the thought alone, not bringing shivers down your spine?
Just hang on as I re-introduce Pluto network which utilizes Pluto protocols to exchange data in such a way that accords a reasonable privacy to the owners of those data. And at the same time ensuring an effective means of acquiring the basic information needed to solve the childrens predicaments.
Pluto network is built on ERC20 blockchain to encourage acceptance and lower the barrier to cryptocurrency usuage. Being a utility coin, Pluto network is backed by GPPT tokens.
The data built on Pluto protocols is of two types:: open and private based on the demand and circumstances but all of it is geared towards protecting the lives and Rights of these children and to ensure that they don't go on starving and molested.
The Pluto network is undergoing it's private sale right now and the ICO will commence after that.
Later on in their roadmap, they will build and integrate their own decentralised blockchain to allow for more flexible features.
