It's starting to really suck being from the US. We can’t get on the whitelist for ICOs thanks to the SEC (even with Accredited Investor status) this will guarantee a third world class status in the long run for America. Thank you to those who got us here! Working to dig us out of the pile. Anyone have a work around yet?
I typically stay away from ICO's, but the only work around I can really think of is moving to another country haha. Even taxes this year on capital gains is obscured compared to Canada. - thanks for sharing
Crypto are “property” in America, so don’t go on capital gains. Still trying to figure out if there is a depreciation write off ;)
The government would make more with it being a currency in the US but they are dinosaurs in regards to crypto.
Oh really? Hey that's news to me - haha :) well you let me know if you find out. Oh yea 100% agreed - itll be years befor they learn to operate a basic qt wallet : )
