PRESENTATION
A storm has hit the investment market which we are not going to recover from. Crypto investment is that storm. With strict capital controls in place by most countries to control the flow of money and charge high taxes, cryptocurrency gained usage in circumventing capital controls and taxes, leading to an increase in demand. Cryptocurrency has been able to present an easy to use digital alternative to fiat currencies. Offering frictionless transactions and inflation control, investors have been prudent enough to add these currencies in their diversified portfolios as an asset, as the size of the market does not represent a systemic risk. Cryptocurrency employs the use of cryptography that assures high-security processes and verifies transactions personal to each user. Hence, counterfeiting and anonymous transactions are impossible to achieve.
While this revolution is gaining wide acceptance, SpringRole, which is one of the few projects that has a working prototype that the public can try prior to the ICO.

As a social network, they let us communicate and collaborate with other people having similar interests. They also provide companies with the service of advertising and displaying job opportunities to the people looking for jobs.

While these networking sites provide great opportunities to people for networking and getting job opportunities, the undeniable truth is that the users and the data that they enter deserve full credit for the success of these websites. Unfortunately, the users never get the share of the monetary profits that they deserve. Instead, the intermediaries between the applicants and the employers (e.g., LinkedIn) are the ones that make the most profit. Not that they don't deserve it, but the users who spend hours building a profile and adding value to the network also deserve their fair share.
Another problem with the existing social networks for job profiles is the lack of attestation and authentication of user profiles. So companies are forced to manually contact references mentioned in the user's application and put in efforts to verify that the applicant has the skills that he/she claims to have by conducting interviews or keeping tests. This entire process is time consuming and expensive.
Keeping these things in mind, the SpringRole protocol was developed using blockchain technology, with the aim of providing a professional profile verification and attestation protocol that gives due credit to the users.
The Power of Blockchains
The SpringRole protocol aims to build a transparent, secure and trusted platform for verification and attestation of the profiles of professionals looking for job opportunities. By doing so, it ensures the validity of the profiles of the users. This means that companies do not have to be worried about being hoodwinked by fake profiles, and users can assert their skills and prove their worth. The protocol eliminates the need for companies to spend time and money trying to establish the validity of the profiles of users.
The platform allows attesters like universities, course providers, professors etc. to provide attestations for the skills, educational qualifications and work experience attestations directly for some price. Verification is done by allowing only users verified by email address and KYC to be a part of the platform. The use of blockchains enables efficiency, transparency and security of the platform.All the participants of the platform, including the users, get appropriate shares of the monetary profits and incentives for contributing to the development of the protocol and the platform. The entire protocol is structured in such a way that it is efficient, easy to use and authentic.
The SPRING token is used as the utility token to develop the token ecosystem. This token is used for all the economic transactions carried out on the platform, including purchasing services, providing incentives and so on.
