Getting placed in a well-reputed company has always been the priority if most of the students out there and not much has changed in the way we get selected. But, due to rise in competition and the number of people passing out every year, though the jobs available tend to be similar every year, has caused a huge wave of unemployment for the majority.

It is down to cutthroat tactics and methods to survive in this highly competitive professional world of ours and many resort to data manipulation at certain times to gain the upper hand in a placement process.

This is just one example of the problems faced by the current hiring industry. There has to background checks that have to conducted so as to verify whether the given candidate is a good performer or not. It takes a lot of resource and manpower to do such tasks and the companies have to invest a significant amount of their budget to accommodate the hiring process.

There are lots of articles online, for further reference, stating that an average company spends hundreds if not thousands of dollars for just hiring a single person as it involves paying the HR Department, service, stay, travel expense, training of the candidate, verifications and so on and so forth. Also, if the candidate proves to be not fit for the job due to either mismatch or tampering of their resume or qualifications list, then it's an even bigger sum of money that the company has to spend in hiring a fresh individual and training them again.

This also does not include the fact that hiring people for a company take a lot of time, time which could be put to use for the betterment of the companies welfares and profit. All the process mentioned above takes days, if not hours, to get completed, though with the introduction of Internet, this time has been reduced from days to hours.

There is also the fact that many are unaware of, Data Theft. Many of the resumes that you may send to Employment agencies so that they may send it over to corporations and companies usually end up getting sold to the black market, where your details will be misused, such as in creation of fake documents with your details for somebody else.

They plan to solve all the above mentioned problems with the implementation of Blockchain Technology into the hiring process. They aim to store the Personal and Professional Data of an individual on the Blockchain as Smart Contracts, with verification and authenticity checks done prior to uploading.

This in itself solves all of issues that I've mentioned above. It allows for the safe and secure transfer of your Professional Details. It makes the system much more transparent, allowing for anyone with the authority to view the authenticity of the documents attested. Also, due to the fact the details are verified for proof and authenticity even before you upload them, makes sure the hire the right person with the right skills for the job.

ICO & Team

They plan on powering their platform by introducing Trust logics Token based on Ethereum's ERC-20 Tokens. Their Pre-ICO is scheduled to begin on 25 June and will end on 20 August or end on reaching Soft-Cap. They plan to hold their Main-ICO on 1 September and it requires for you to be registered, whitelisted and KYC verified for you to be able to participate in the ICO.

They are supported by a diverse team of Blockchain Devas, Sales and Marketing in-charge, UX/UI Devs, Mobile App Devas, Content Writers, System Analyst and Data Analytics in-charge. Backing them is the 8 membered advisory board consisting of established and reputed people in the Blockchain, Marketing, Tech, Legal and Business sectors.

Conclusion

There exists a lot of competition from similarly based projects, both the in the traditional as well as the blockchain space. 6 out of 10 ICOs focus on solving a similar issue such as this project does. But what set them apart from the competition is the fact that they have a great team with good backing from the advisory board in order for them to deliver their promise.

They also have got a working product that is currently in Beta as of writing, but that show that they are committed on delivering. There exists the demand and need for such a project and the fact that they are making use of hyper ledger, which allows for cross-industry blockchain development makes them even more unique.
