It's been a year since I shifted to my new house. It's not only beautiful but also well designed (its amazing!!!). Builderium uses ERC20 token which is created on Ethereum blockchain. The company has released total tokens worth 23,000 ETH. Out of the total tokens, 20% will be made available in the pre-ICO sale and 40% will be for the main sale and rest 20% is reserved for the team. The tokens will be sold at a rate of 1 ETH= 6,650 BUILD token(pre-ICO sale) and 1 ETH= 5,000 BUILD token (ICO sale). Builderium will accept Ether and Bitcoin as the mode of payment for the exchange of BUILD tokens. However, you need to invest a minimum of 0.1 Ether.
Conclusion
Builderium plans to finish development of its web platform by end of August this year which will be followed by various testing phase. The final version of the platform is scheduled to be launched by the end of this year. According to Builderium, they are right on course with the development timeline and are expecting to be out in the market by the end of this year.
But, the big question is whether Builderium is a right choice for investment. Well, idea-wise the company does have an upper hand as there are very fewer competitors out there in the market offering a similar product. I loved the idea that the client can get the product build on their terms. With the use of blockchain technology, Builderium has assured that all the payments will be secured and there will be no chance of fraud. Also, their active presence of various social media platform indicates that they are serious about achieving their goal. So, I believe that Builderium can be a perfect opportunity for crypto investors to be part of something unique.

born in a family where my great grandfather, my grandfather, my father, my uncles were all into construction and that too from a country which got its independence from the British rule 72 years ago from the time they were still dependent on the East India Company. actually they were all government contractors before and after independence and till today. i have seen the amount of efforts they put to bag a contract sometimes with credentials sometimes with muscle even sometimes with politics and bribes. i always wondered if there is some decentralized platform where everything starting from buying land , hardscaping, landscaping, designing, building, remodeling and passing the home to the end user without third party, touts and politicians,their syndicates intervening and that will put a stop loss to cost escalation. now that builderium is here clients will also have an opportunity to work with quality workers at a much cheaper cost. thank you for sharing @smithjones
