Initiative Quorum (IQ) Pre-ICO Teaser. Monetizing Journalism, Debate and E-Learning.

Initiative Quorum (IQ) is a Liberty Economy blockchain project to monetize journalism for debate and constructive e-learning systems. We are currently working with Fintech Portfolios of San Francisco to ensure we meet all regulatory requirements and that we recruit a team of professionals in the ICO world to carry out our vision.

Built off of the Steemit blockchain, Initiative Quorum monetizes debate and participatory consensus building. IQ is a cooperative for e-learning development presentations where multiple users pool resources to co-create connected media that objectively directs readers to debate policy.

We can and will have a role in reforming government with you, through State ballot initiatives, referenda, recall, nomination and citizen grand jury, if you take hold of this unprecedented opportunity.

There has never been an e-democracy project specifically linked to State direct democracy projects. Theoretical e-democracy is being built but the problem is that nobody has had the perfect system. More systems should be explored and our own quorum monetizing project will itself exist as an evolving project.

A specific e-democracy application based on fact verification, not just popularity, can be so streamlined through a detail-oriented commenting requirement, where we don't offer arbitrary statements. All debate can be documented, with multiple branching chains connecting to arrive at a final consensus on the factual basis of debate items.

Initiative Quorum will be a debate system for the power of the people to be amplified through our collective independent media. Third party blockchain applications can be linked together to create a rich, social media interface. Our smartphones will interface with our government and change it unlike ever before in history.

Cryptocurrency for our development of Liberty Economy's initial coin offerings (ICOs) that will support RIPAC and all other activism ventures related to our projects with Liberty Economy which include using smart-contract technology for advancing; journalism, e-democracy, ballot proposition petitioning, local economic development and fundraising.

We are currently working to build two other projects that synergistically assist the ideals IQ will fulfill.

These three projects create a synergy for activism that is unparalleled, which should be noted, will advance activism projects worldwide and not exclusively for RIPAC.
