This is again nothing more than another nonsense ICO, the platform is far away from being productive. If you create an account, you'll see that everything is just a mockup, nothing works there!
Yep, it's more like a demo of how everything will look in the future. It's really hard to get a working product like that, even an alpha one. But I don't think it's a nonsense ICO, since I've been watching them for a long time, and the project and the team look really good.
Why is everyone in creating just a mockup instead of a final product before launching an ICO!? This is why 90% of all 2017s ICOs are dead. Take ETH and disappear, this is how it works
Because if they had resources to create a final product they won't need to do an ICO.
I understand what you're speaking about, I just wanna say, not all the project without an already running product are scams. Signals looks solid to me, just check out their whitepaper and team's linkedIn, I don't think this guys will just take ETH and disappear.
