SEC INVESTIGATION REPORT OUT - ICO TOKENS ARE SECURITIES
SEC finally finished their investigation regarding DAO and they concluded ICO offerings are indeed securities. They must register with SEC if they are offered to US citizens. This is huge. Please see the report they released below.
