GBX ecosystem The Crypto Exchange Harbour
Token sales which are popularly known as Initial Coin Offerings(ICO) have growwn in number in the last couple of years but one problem that arises is regulatory uncertainty which has left room for exploitation, resulting in a storm of global warnings and bans.
With a desperate solution needed to these regulatory uncertainties, we now have a startup company able to safeguard the authenticity of the token listed which will in turn bring stability and confidence in the crypto market. All this will be made possible by Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange (GBX). GBX intends to be the Crypto Harbour that will be the first institutional token sale platform and crypto exchange.
For the first time we are going to have a cryptocurrency exchange that seeks to adopt the governance of a regulated stock exchange and operate under regulatory framework provided by the Gibraltar Government’s “Distributed Ledger Technology” Regulations. At its core would reside the Alliance Council, an elected committee that recommends codes of conduct for token listing and criteria for Sponsor Firms — proven experts integral to the Listing Process. Using ‘first in class’ principles of GSX, GBX will implement a similar protocol to uphold the quality and integrity of its token sale market.
