INTRODUCTION

Remember how the last article got us acquainted with the term; “SpringRole”? I believe this article will take us further into the basic definition, associated terms, community, operations, Success story and benefits tied to the SpringRole network.

SPRINGROLE

Defined as an organization with an interactive and blockchain based application aimed at:

Signing up, Uploading profiles and resume from aspiring professionals and companies,
Verifying the details of such uploads from respective institutions of domiciliation through attestations and
endorsements;
Uploading Resume with verified credentials and
Setting up a synchronized database to add records of the verified credentials and ledger proofs of unverified
credentials for future verification.

ASSOCIATED TERMS

The Springrole community is credited with the following terms as explained below;

ATTESTATION:
This is an inquiry into the authenticity of a user’s academic, work experience or skillset credentials uploaded on the SpringRole platform and from the institution of domiciliation.

Enlistment of organizations for attestation includes the following;

Sign-up with an identity provider,
Verifying the company through a domain name System
Signing up the company on the SpringRole platform by company owner or HR.
Ensure only signatories to the organization signs off on attested credentials, etc.

ENDORSEMENT:
A form of attestation carried out by a crowdsourcing of users with similar skillset; vouching for another user’s experience on the skillset.

VERIFICATION:
They are hurdles users needs to pass to ensure access to SpringRole platform. These include;

Signup with a gmail account; school and employer email addresses
Signing up with a valid means of identification like; driving license, international passport, etc. this second stage grants one, full access to the platform.

REFERENCE CHECKS:
A background check usually embarked upon by prospective employers to ensure the credentials of a prospective employee is real.

THE COMMUNITY

The SpringRole community is blockchain network primarily made up of individual subscribers, schools and companies; fuelled by “SPRING”; a cryptocurrency based token, on which the platform runs.

TOKENIZED, BASIC OPERATION MODEL

Prospective subscribers’ signs up and upload profiles or resume for attestation.
The Signup gets approved; credentials uploaded and full access granted the applicant on the network.
Approved credential gets synchronized with the database, alongside batches of approval ledger for possible
credentials future attestation and reference checks
Subscribers earn spring tokens on completing and activating their memberships.
Verified users can also earn the STRING token through referrals; attestations, and partaking in freelancing, while the
SpringRole platform earns tokens when individuals pay to endorse a subscriber, conduct reference checks for
prospective employers, conduct surveys, mediates in free-lancing projects, engages in sales-outreach;
smartcontract audit, direct mail within the network, API related activities and of course; adverts for organizations.
