In reality, the technology just hasn't caught up to user needs for AR. But in ways, Google Glass was ahead of its time. That time, however, has arrived.

Lucyd has created a close relationship with these researchers, and licensed this portfolio to bring practical smartglasses to the public. The lead inventor of Lucyd tech, Dr. Jannick Rolland, is on the Lucyd team to continue her development of the optical system. Lucyd has a whole cadre of leading optics advisors, to make the dream of smartglasses for everyone a reality.
With all of the research and legal work completed, Lucyd now aims to build their first prototype. In order to open Lucyd up to the world, they have chosen to do an ICO. ICO's offer fast capital fundraising, and the ability to create a decentralized platform. In this case, the platform will permit anyone to create, share and explore AR content.
